Rendering was short, but getting the data (DEM/OSM) into the computer was longwinded. Blender would hang at anything over 8mb, so this took about 15 imports. And then I still had to kung fu some of the geometry. I gladly welcome a one button solution to do it all. We talk really impressively about technology, but I think most of the time we're floating somewhere between an envisioned potential ("it can do so much!") and a reality ("I can't get wifi here"). 



Anyhow, this is the last of the Luis Dilger homages.
